Returns Policy

Please contact us if you wish to return any unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Email Us (this link will open a new email message in your default email program)

We will then supply you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authority)

  • you need this to complete your Australia Post Form on the Australia Post Portal (link below)

Freight charges on returned goods are at the customers cost unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This will be refunded once the item is received into our warehouse, please allow a couple of days for processing once we have the returned item.

O-RINGS  -  Our most common request for return is for an oring where the oring is in a packed a bag and is looped to look like there are 2 smaller orings instead of 1 larger one, please double check this as it is often believed to be incorrect.
