Returns Policy

Please contact us if you wish to return any unused items within 14 days of delivery.

We will then supply you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authority)

  • you need this to complete your Australia Post Form on the Australia Post Portal (link below)

Freight charges on returned goods are at the customers cost unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This will be refunded once the item is received into our warehouse, please allow a couple of days for processing once we have the returned item.

O-RINGS  -  Our most common request for return is for an oring where the oring is in a packed a bag and is looped to look like there are 2 smaller orings instead of 1 larger one, please double check this as it is often believed to be incorrect.

Clearance Item Return Policy (ACL‑Compliant)

No Change‑of‑Mind Returns on Clearance Items Clearance products are sold at a reduced price and are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns, including situations where the item is no longer required, the wrong size was purchased, or compatibility was misunderstood.

Consumer Guarantees Still Apply All clearance items are still covered under the Australian Consumer Law. If a clearance product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Items Reduced Due to a Known Defect If a product is discounted because of a specific, clearly disclosed defect, the return does not apply to that defect. However, the item is still covered for any other fault not related to the disclosed issue.
